Organization Technology LLC
Organization Technology was created with the belief that people are the competitive advantage in business.
"Can you imagine a business where 100% of the employees were all thinking, innovating, collaborating, cooperating, learning, and working at their maximum capability making their business successful? This implies high levels of employee satisfaction and organizational alignment, resulting in customer satisfaction and business success."
As global competition continues to increase, it has become clear that businesses must improve their performance if they are to survive and prosper in the future. After a decade of capital investment and downsizing, businesses have become painfully aware that technology alone will not provide the needed performance improvements. It is becoming clear that people practices and organization alignment have the greatest influence on business performance.
This has led to the recent focus on re-engineering and process mapping. These techniques have focused on one element of an organization, the Work System. Although streamlining or redesigning the work is essential, unless the rest of the organizational elements are also aligned to the new work system, the organization will not realize its full potential and in fact could regress.
Organization Technology provides a systematic approach to aligning these elements and improving how they support each other. Over time, as organizations evolve and grow, these elements begin losing the support they once had for each other, leading to bureaucracy and unresponsive performance within the organization. In start up organizations these conditions may not be noticed until it is to late. The focus is usually on their new product or service, rather than on ensuring their infrastructure is sound.
Organization Technology specializes in designing and developing organizations. A wide range of services are offered.
